These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by SN Khalifa Digital (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By engaging with SN Khalifa Digital, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

Late Payments : Invoices must be paid by the due date specified. A late payment interest rate of 2% per month (24% per annum) will apply to overdue balances.
Non-Responsive Clients : If a client does not respond to communications (email, written, or phone) for more than seven (7) business days, SN Khalifa Digital reserves the right to invoice for all work completed up to that date.
Unpaid Invoices : If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days and the client fails to respond or make any payment attempt, the service retainer will be automatically canceled, and the client will be liable for all outstanding balances up to the date of cancellation.

Content Provision : The client agrees to provide all necessary text and image content for the project in a timely manner. If the client has contracted SN Khalifa Digital to source images, we will take responsibility for acquiring such images.
Single Point of Contact: The client will designate one individual as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. This individual will be responsible for approvals, reviews, and decisions. SN Khalifa Digital will rely on this contact for all project coordination.

Unless explicitly restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement, both parties reserve the right to publicize their business relationship and project results. This may include press releases, industry news, and marketing materials in electronic or printed formats.

By engaging SN Khalifa Digital, the client grants permission to use their company logo and name in our marketing materials, including on our website and in case studies, to showcase our services. This permission is for marketing purposes only and does not imply any endorsement.

Project timelines and delivery schedules will be based on resource availability. While SN Khalifa Digital strives to meet agreed-upon deadlines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Any delays caused by the client, including delays in content provision, approvals, or other dependencies, may result in adjusted delivery schedules.

Work for Hire: All work produced by SN Khalifa Digital as part of this agreement will be considered “work made for hire” and will be fully transferred to the client upon final payment. Until such payment is made, SN Khalifa Digital retains all ownership rights to the work, including any designs, photographs, or other creative assets.
Copyright Transfer: Upon receipt of the final payment, SN Khalifa Digital will transfer all rights, title, and interest in the work to the client, granting full ownership.

Client-Initiated Cancellation : If the client cancels a project before completion, SN Khalifa Digital will invoice for the time, effort, and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. If the amount of work completed is less than the deposit, the client will receive a credit for the unused time.

Significant Meeting Cancellation : For meetings involving more than one SN Khalifa Digital employee and lasting six or more hours, a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the meeting cost, plus any incurred expenses.

SN Khalifa Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes will signify your acceptance of the new terms.

You have the right to:

1. Access Your Data: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
2. Correct Your Data: Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Delete Your Data: Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to certain conditions.
4. Object to Processing: Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or other purposes.
